I love cookie cutters as they make my job so much easier than the "old" days when I had to trace the pattern out and cut it with a knife. (Yes, those days did exist!) I created the cutest bees with the cutter and the customer fell in love with their look.

OK, I was a bit hesitant to order these baking mats as I currently have a number of silicone mats I have been using for well over 10 years. I took a chance and ordered a few, just to see if it made a professional appearing cookie underside as I thought that, should they work, it would add a nice touch to my cookies. The cookies turned out perfect and the back side has a wonderful, light grained, pattern on it which does look like it was commercially produced. I liked the look so much that I just ordered two more to add to my cookie collection. By the way, they also work for biscuits and breads. The underside is almost as nice as the top of the breads!

I am a professional baker and have been using a library ladder (set up in my kitchen to reach the upper shelvesof my cabinets) to hold my cookie sheets as I take the hot sheets from the oven and after I decorate them. I was concerned this rack would not be sturdy enough to hold 4 sheets of product. My goodness was I incorrect. This cookie rack is perfect for housing hot cookie sheets and freshly decorated sheets as you let your icing dry. It is sturdy and, when not in use, it folds up compactly for storage. I am 100% sold on this rack and am going to see if it will hold lighter sheets of bread as they come from the oven. I know I won't be able to utilize all 4 layers for bread, but even every other row will work for me.

I had a huge order for bumblebee cookies and decided to try to Stencil Genie on a whim, hoping it would make the job a bit easier. I must say, it was wonderful. I was able to ice 200 cookies in record time. One thing you must make certain of is to clean the stencil as you go and not let the icing build up, otherwise the imprint gets a bit muddy.

State Of North Carolina Cookie Cutter
As a proud North Carolinian, I had to have this 4” Ann Clark cookie cutter of the State of North Carolina. As with all of her cutters, it is well made, a good size, and I expect it to stand up to use. I’m looking forward to adding it to a set with the state bird, the Cardinal, and the state flower, the flowering Dogwood.
